Bates Elevation DS+ Saddle Luxe Leather – Premium Deep-Seat Jumping Saddle

Product Description

Discover confidence, comfort, and precision with the Bates Elevation DS Saddle Luxe Leather, a premium jumping saddle designed for riders who want a secure, supportive position over fences. Combining advanced saddle-fitting technology with luxurious calf leather, this saddle is designed to help riders maintain stability while allowing their horses freedom of movement.

The Elevation DS+ features a deep, supportive seat that creates a secure, wrapped-in feel, making it suitable for show jumping, jumping training, and related schooling activities. Its carefully designed knee and thigh support helps riders establish a consistent leg position, while the recessed stirrup channel reduces bulk beneath the leg for a closer connection with the horse.

Premium Luxe Leather

The saddle is finished in Bates Luxe Leather, crafted from hand-selected calf hides and treated through a specialized tanning process. This leather offers a soft, supple feel, rich color, and enhanced grip to help riders feel secure in the saddle. Natural variations in leather markings and color are normal and give each saddle its own character.

Saddle Fit and Care

A correctly fitted saddle is essential for the horse’s comfort and the rider’s balance. Have a qualified saddle fitter assess the horse’s back shape, wither clearance, saddle balance, and panel contact. The EASY-CHANGE Fit Solution provides adjustment options, but changing the gullet plate alone does not guarantee a correct overall fit.

Luxe Leather benefits from regular care to maintain its softness and prevent moisture loss. Remove dirt and sweat with an appropriate leather cleaner, then apply a suitable leather conditioner or dressing according to Bates’ care recommendations. Pay particular attention to high-wear areas, and avoid using unapproved oils or harsh cleaning products.
